This is a pre-order item. All orders will be produced within 2-3 weeks after the pre-order period closes. Once your order is produced and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number by email. If your package is marked as lost by the carrier, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
