• Refunds During Shipping

    You can request a refund any time before your order has been made.
    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately before it enters production at: contact@hallpassdept.store

  • Lost Packages

    If your package is marked as lost by the carrier, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

    If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, we do not issue refunds or replacements.

    It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct and safe for delivery.

  • Refunds After Delivery

    Once your order has been delivered, you have 24 hours to request a refund only if your item arrives damaged

    To request a refund for a damaged item, please email us at: contact@hallpassdept.store
    within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the item showing the damage along with your delivery confirmation

    Requests after the 24-hour window will be denied

  • No Returns / No Replacements

    We do not accept returns and we do not offer replacements on items delivered without damage.

    All sales are final.
